Personalised Recording: A 15–20-minute hypnosis audio explicitly crafted for the client to rewire limiting beliefs.
Daily Practice: Listen to the recording daily to reinforce positive transformation and new beliefs for 21 days.
Week 2: Integration & Reinforcement
Follow-Up Session (45 minutes): Discuss insights from Week 1 and address any emotional shifts or breakthroughs.
Reflection & Journaling Exercises: Guided exercises to deepen self-awareness and explore emotions around fears, grief, or self-doubt.
Continued Daily Practice: Daily listening to the personalised recording and integrating it into the client’s routine.
